# Domain and Email Renewal Refunds and Auto-Renewal

Domain and email service renewal charges are nonrefundable after the renewal transaction has been completed. Canceling a site subscription does not automatically cancel domain or email renewals.

## Prevent future renewal charges

Disable auto-renewal separately for each service:

1. For domains, log in to your Snapps dashboard, open **My Domains**, and turn off auto-renewal for each domain you do not want to renew.
2. For email services, log in to your Snapps dashboard, open **My Emails**, and turn off auto-renewal for each purchased email service.

If you no longer have access to the account email, ownership must be verified before auto-renewal can be disabled manually. Verification may require proof of payment or confirmation of the billing name and address associated with the card.
