# How can I reset or change my Snapps account password?

To reset or change your Snapps account password:

1. Log out of your Snapps account.
2. Go to the Snapps login page: [go.snapps.ai](http://go.snapps.ai/).
3. Select **Forgot password**.
4. Check your email for the password reset link.
5. Use the link to set a new password.

If the password reset option is unavailable in the current Snapps dashboard, you can reset it from the login screen. Alternatively, log in through [old.snapps.ai](https://old.snapps.ai/) and change the password from **Account Settings**.

If you are given a temporary password, log in with it and go to **Dashboard > Profile menu > Settings > Change password** to replace it with a password you will remember. The password issue is not related to using a non-Gmail email address.
