How can I reset or change my Snapps account password?

To reset or change your Snapps account password:

Log out of your Snapps account.
Go to the Snapps login page: go.snapps.ai.
Select Forgot password.
Check your email for the password reset link.
Use the link to set a new password.

If the password reset option is unavailable in the current Snapps dashboard, you can reset it from the login screen. Alternatively, log in through old.snapps.ai and change the password from Account Settings.

If you are given a temporary password, log in with it and go to Dashboard > Profile menu > Settings > Change password to replace it with a password you will remember. The password issue is not related to using a non-Gmail email address.
