If you purchased your domain somewhere OTHER THAN Snapps Domains, please reach out to your registrar for support.  Unfortunately, we cannot help with DNS troubleshooting for other registrars.

Note: Most domain hosts have instructions on creating CNAME records and A records in their help center. If you cannot find this information, you must contact your domain host.
