Collaborate with others: Client Management

Client Management is one of the most utilized features with the new go.snapps.ai dashboard.

Are you looking to...

  •  Share some (or all) of your sites with a VA
  • Collaborate with members of your team on sites
  • Transfer a site to a client
  • Share a site (or multiple sites) with a client but maintain access yourself

Here's how to begin sharing between Snapps accounts

You can share right from your Dashboard by clicking on the 3dot menu to the right of the site. Click on the Share option and enter their Snapps email address. They will then see the site under the "Shared Sites" Tab on the top side of their dashboard.

All you need is their email address.  This must be the email they use to login to Snapps.

NOTE: this user must have an active Snapps account.  To be considered an active account, they must have a Snapps login and have created at least one site in their Snapps account.  They do not need to have any published sites, but must have at least one unpublished site in their account before you are able to setup any sharing.

Transfer vs Collaborate

Transfer: You will assign the site(s) to the other user and remove them from your dashboard

Collaborate: You  will assign the site(s) to the other user but you will continue to have access

For Site Transfers

Transfers are done instantly right from your Dashboard.

Just click on the 3dot Menu to the right of the site > Transfer option > then enter the email to their Snapps account. After you receive a Transfer Successful Alert have them look on their dashboard for a "Transfer Request" Tab. There they will have to accept the Site Transfer.

Once that is done the site will be removed from your dashboard instantly.

Expand the capabilities of the website builder with custom HTML. This widget allows you to embed custom code into your site, and can be used to embed third-party widgets such as videos, contact forms, and more. While adding custom code can extend your site's functionality, we recommend you only add code from a trusted source. Only add code if you know exactly what it does and how to troubleshoot it if it does not work. To learn more about using HTML in Developer Mode, see Developer Mode.
