The Product variations feature allows you to set a separate image/price/SKU/quantity/low stock notification for each set of product options. When this set of options is selected, StoreFront will always use the values (for example, an image) assigned to the variation instead of the default ones. FAQs Can I use an XLS/XLSX file for import? An Excel spreadsheet file (XLSX) cannot be uploaded as is, but you can convert it to a CSV right in Excel and then upload to StoreFront. To convert XLSX to CSV, use the Save as option in Excel and select the CSV format from the available options to save the file with .csv extension. Please keep in mind that having a .csv extension alone does not make the file valid. You can add or edit what products are in your store from the Store Control Panel's Catalog. You can choose the widgets and layout of your eCommerce store. By customizing the design and layout of your store, you can improve the presentation of your products. If your site has a demo store, you can upgrade the store or remove the store when you republish your site. If you sell products that have multiple options (such as color and size), you can list them as one base product with different options. As a result, customers can select the options they prefer on the product page. Can I modify notifications that StoreFront sends? Yes. To modify the email notifications: In the left panel, click ecommerce, and then click Manage Store. Click Settings, and then click Mail. What are mail tags? Mail tags are special elements which can be used for modifying notifications. When StoreFront sends a notification, it replaces all the mail tags with their actual values. The import tool in StoreFront allows to upload your products in the form of CSV files. You may want to use this if you need to add or update a lot of products at a time. Track Abandoned Carts
Not every person who adds something to their cart in your online store makes it all the way through the checkout process to complete a purchase. When customers leave the store before completing the checkout process, the order attempt is stored in the abandoned cart list. You can review the list of abandoned checkouts in StoreFront and follow-up with cart recovery emails. StoreFront tracks inventory on the product level. This means that you can set the product quantity for each product separately. A product's quantity is automatically reduced when this product is bought. When a product's quantity is decreased to 0, the product gets Out of stock status and cannot be ordered anymore.
